Have you ever been in a chat relation? When there is actually no relation but you still enjoy that nothingness called a relation.
I just watched a movie “You’ve got mail”. The movie not only touched me but even inspired me enough to fuel this dead blog.
It’s about an online friendship which made me wonder why are these virtual relations so real, more real than the real ones?
As Kelly, in the movie, said : “The odd thing about this form of communication is that you're more likely to talk about nothing than something. But I just want to say that all this nothing has meant more to me than so many somethings.”
So true it is. I think such friendships move on to the next level because this allows you to be so you all the time without the fear of being judged. Even if you are being judged you don’t care about a stranger judging you.
So anyone, who has ever enjoyed such a friendship without any strings attached and then was fortunate enough to move this friendship to the next level, should watch this movie.
“I turn on my computer. I wait impatiently as it connects. I go online, and my breath catches in my chest until I hear three little words: You've got mail. I hear nothing. Not even a sound on the streets of New York, just the beating of my own heart. I have mail. From you.”
